I know this has always been a popular subject... it just always surprises me a little when these topics are put forward here and there...

Does this have to do with the internet??
4) Do we expect too much of our customers... and should we be too trusting of them?
I have to ask my hair stylists to cut me my hair every week... because I do need my hair cut sometimes... and the stylist will not stop cutting me my hair... why?? He knows that his customers trust him and will not stop.
5) Does a hair stylist ever want to say "I was wrong" when he has been doing a good job...?
